Job Title: Arabic Outlet Manager (Mall Experience)
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
5–10 years of experience in F&B outlet management, preferably in mall or high-traffic retail environments
Proven track record in managing teams, operations, and achieving sales targets
Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred; additional languages are a plus
Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills
Solid understanding of F&B operations, inventory management, and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
