Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Culinary Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Middle East is required, UAE experience preferred
Specialization in Continental, Arabic, Emirati, or Multi-Cuisine is preferred
Requirements:
Proficient in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen management
Experience in hospitality, corporate catering, or offshore sectors is preferred
Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
