Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects in retail malls.
Ensure all construction works align with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with mall management for permits, logistics, and compliance with mall regulations.
Supervise subcontractors and site labor to maintain quality standards and project timelines.
Monitor installation works related to interior finishes and retail store fit-outs.
Manage material deliveries and ensure proper usage of construction materials.
Prepare site progress reports and communicate project updates to project managers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across the project site.
Identify site challenges and coordinate corrective actions with project teams.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in interior fit-out construction projects.
Proven experience working on retail mall projects is mandatory.
Strong understanding of interior fit-out works, including finishing, installation, and coordination.
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site labor.
Knowledge of site safety standards and construction quality management.
Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments with strict timelines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 per month based on Abu Dhabi interior fit-out market standards for Site Supervisors with 2–3 years of experience.
