Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Genesys Cloud platforms for voice, chat, and email channels
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Avaya telephony systems (IP Office / Experience Platform)
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability for 24×7 operations
• Implement and monitor IT security, compliance, and data protection standards (IATA, GDPR)
• Provide onsite technical support at KAEC for customer operations systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless communication solutions
• Perform system monitoring, issue resolution, and performance optimization
• Support automation and scripting for system administration tasks
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and incidents
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud administration
• Experience with Avaya telephony systems (IP Office / Experience Platform)
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
• Experience with scripting and automation tools
• Strong understanding of IT security, compliance, and data protection frameworks
• Experience supporting 24×7 enterprise environments
• Aviation IT experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-availability environment
