Job Title: Catering Team Leader
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
3–6 years of experience in catering, food & beverage, or hospitality operations
Experience in UAE or GCC is an advantage
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of catering operations, food service standards, and hygiene protocols
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and motivate a catering team effectively
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with catering tools, reservation systems, and event coordination
