Job Title: Plant Manager – Civil
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in civil engineering projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
UAE experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects is mandatory
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of civil engineering operations, equipment, and plant management
Experience in managing construction resources, manpower, and machinery
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan, monitor, and optimize project operations
Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and project compliance
