Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Preferred Experience:
High-end villas projects
Mid-rise buildings (G+6 to G+20)
Office fit-out projects
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and cost control
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Good communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
Understanding of UAE construction standards, contracts, and regulations
