Key Responsibilities:
Receive and manage maintenance requests from all branches and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across facilities
Source, evaluate, and onboard maintenance vendors and service providers
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with suppliers
Monitor building conditions and ensure compliance with safety standards
Supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors
Conduct site visits to inspect facilities and track ongoing work
Issue purchase orders and coordinate with the finance department
Review, verify, and close maintenance invoices
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports
Control maintenance costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets
Ensure all maintenance operations comply with company policies and local regulations
Prepare periodic maintenance and performance reports for management
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in facility maintenance or operations management
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and vendor coordination
Experience in managing multi-site operations and maintenance teams
Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase orders, and cost control
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 6,000 – 10,000 per month (based on experience level and UAE facilities management market standards)
