Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings for interior and exterior architectural projects
Develop detailed 3D models based on architectural and interior design drawings
Apply advanced texturing, lighting, and material finishes to achieve realistic outputs
Interpret design concepts and translate them into compelling visual presentations
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy
Utilize rendering tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion for visualization
Perform post-production enhancements using tools like Photoshop
Maintain project timelines while ensuring high standards of visual quality
Update and revise visualizations based on feedback and design changes
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in architectural and interior 3D visualization
Strong experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects
Proven ability to produce high-quality photorealistic renderings
Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Lumion, or similar visualization tools
Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD for base modeling and drawings
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial composition
Skills in post-production and image enhancement (Photoshop preferred)
Ability to interpret technical drawings and convert them into 3D visuals
Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams
UAE/GCC project experience preferred
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 1–2 weeks preferred
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 5,000 – 10,000 per month (based on experience level and UAE visualization market standards)
