Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduates/PG in Civil, Mechanical, or Quantity Surveying with 3–7 years of experience in cost control, project budgeting, and financial monitoring
Requirements:
Proven experience in cost control and budget management for construction or engineering projects
Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and project management software
Ability to analyze project costs, track expenditures, and forecast budget requirements
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Attention to detail and knowledge of contracts and procurement processes
