Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise barista teams across branches
Ensure consistent coffee quality and presentation standards
Train, coach, and develop baristas
Monitor daily operations and workflow efficiency
Maintain high standards of customer service
Manage coffee inventory, ordering, and stock control
Introduce new recipes and seasonal beverages
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in specialty coffee
Previous experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista
Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, brewing methods, and latte art
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and across multiple locations
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
