Requirements:
Proven experience in customer care within the food and hospitality industry
Experience handling multiple brands under one group
Native Arabic speaker with strong bilingual skills (Arabic & English)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure
Must be currently in Kuwait with a transferable visa
Immediate joiner preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple brands (took feedback from each customer on a daily basis)
Ensure excellent customer experience with our brand standards
Coordinate effectively with call center, branches, and dispatch teams
Monitor and follow up on orders and service quality
Prepare and submit customer service reports to management
