Job Title: Customer Service Agents
Location: Qatar
Contract: 3–6 months (renewable)

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles

Requirements:
Fluency in English and/or Arabic
Candidates must be locally available in Qatar
Must hold a valid QID
Ready for immediate joining
Ability to work 5 days a week on a rotational schedule including weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
