• Responsible for sales & marketing to clients, consultants and customers.
• Develop & Follow strategies to enhance sales and ensure for smooth activity of Sales & marketing as directed by manager.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new deals.
• Monitor current marketing trends; develop & design new marketing tools to increase the profitability of MERINT.
• Customise solutions that meet client requirements.
• Enter daily activities into the system with proper feedback and sales status.
• Regularly create new sales leads, setting new benchmarks for self.
• Attend trainings, and update own knowledge about various product features and usage.
• Conduct proper studies about customers’ needs and form customised strategies for each customer in order to close deals.
• Conduct regular visits with all existing and prospective customers for additional requirements, technical support to get new / repeat orders.
• Coordinate with back-office support for proper deliveries, installations, technical support, new quotations, etc.
• Visiting clients as and when required to ensure the quoted products are not lost .
• Build rapport with our clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Adhere to the systems and policies implemented by the organization
• Liaising with head office for pricing, stock and deliveries.
• Submission of Daily Sales Report, weekly review & plans.
