Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
5–10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
Experience in UAE or large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ, cost estimation, and tendering processes
Proficiency in quantity surveying software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, or CostX
Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, valuations, and progress reports
Good understanding of procurement, subcontractor agreements, and project budgets
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
