Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain updated general and subsidiary ledgers.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist in VAT filing in compliance with UAE regulations.
Support month end and year end closing activities, including trial balance and financial statements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and local accounting standards.
Experience with accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar.
Proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, basic financial modeling).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
