What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in interior, fit out, or construction operations/coordination.
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to structure and follow through on tasks.
Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and on site execution for commercial or office fit out projects.
Excellent coordination and problem solving abilities, able to work with multiple teams and vendors.
Good communication, planning, and organizational habits.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities across interior fit out projects, ensuring smooth workflow from planning to handover.
Act as a central point between project managers, site teams, and vendors.
Support budget and schedule tracking, including monitoring site progress and flagging delays.
Coordinate material and vendor bookings, deliveries, and on site support.
Ensure site execution meets quality, safety, and project specific requirements.
Document progress, issues, and decisions for internal tracking and reporting.
