Key Responsibilities:
-ERP & SAP Financial Management: Execute daily accounting transactions in SAP/ERP. Ensure accurate migration of financial data from production orders to financial modules. Maintain the Chart of Accounts and proper cost center allocation.
-Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting: Perform monthly inventory reconciliations for raw materials, packaging, and finished products. Monitor COGS and analyze variances between standard and actual production costs. Process vendor invoices for raw material imports, ensuring correct capitalization of landed costs.
-Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the Three-Way Match process (PO vs. GRN vs. Supplier Invoice). Follow up on outstanding receivables from distributors and retailers. Prepare weekly payment runs for local and international suppliers.
-Reporting & Compliance: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Prepare VAT filing schedules and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. Support internal and external auditors with necessary documentation. P reports and documentation. Technical & Professional
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA part-qualification is an advantage.
Experience: 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
