Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily delivery and logistics operations
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
Track orders, deliveries, and operational performance metrics
Resolve operational issues, delays, or customer complaints efficiently
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in operations, logistics, or delivery services is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
