Architect Engineer – Building Design and Construction Projects (SCE Certified)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documentation for building projects.
Ensure architectural designs comply with Saudi building regulations and engineering standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate architectural and technical requirements.
Review and update construction drawings according to project specifications and design revisions.
Support project teams with architectural documentation and technical clarifications during construction.
Assist with design approvals, regulatory submissions, and project documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of architectural designs.
Maintain drawing documentation, design revisions, and project records.
Ensure architectural deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related architectural engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design or building construction projects.
Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, design documentation, and building construction standards.
Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and engineering teams.
Ability to review technical drawings and construction documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Additional Requirements:
Saudi Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Portfolio submission is preferred for architectural review.
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 8,000 – SAR 12,000 per month based on Saudi Arabia construction industry standards for Architect Engineers with 5+ years of experience.
