Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions
Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance indicators
Manage ERP systems for financial operations and reporting
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and risk assessment initiatives
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting standards and regulations
Collaborate with project managers to optimize project cost control and financial outcomes
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master’s or professional certifications (CPA, CMA) preferred
Experience: Minimum 10 years in financial management, preferably in engineering consultancy or contracting firms
Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial policies, reporting, and internal controls
ERP systems proficiency
Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
