Position: Collection Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable in the UAE
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor the full accounts receivable cycle to ensure timely payments
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and procedures
• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments while maintaining professional relationships
• Analyze customer accounts and identify potential risks or delays in payments
• Prepare financial reports related to receivables and collections performance
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience within the UAE market
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Strong understanding of credit control policies and financial reporting practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
