Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrated enterprise applications
Support systems including .NET applications, SQL databases, SharePoint portals, and APIs
Act as the primary point of contact for incident and ticket management
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure minimal downtime
Prepare detailed incident reports including root cause analysis and resolution steps
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Execute release and deployment activities for UAT and production environments
Manage change requests and coordinate with Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) environments and support business continuity planning
Implement security patches and ensure compliance with audit requirements
Maintain knowledge base documentation and provide periodic performance reports
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in production support for enterprise applications
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core applications
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including performance tuning and database management
Experience in incident management, SLA adherence, and ticketing systems
Familiarity with SharePoint, API integrations, and API management platforms (preferred)
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
USD 6,000 – 9,000 per month (depending on location, enterprise scale, and experience level)
