Key Responsibilities
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across multiple projects.
Review and approve MEP drawings, designs, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE standards, and safety regulations.
Supervise MEP teams and provide guidance to junior engineers.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues promptly.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders for seamless execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP coordination.
At least 5 years of experience working in the UAE.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Strong knowledge of UAE MEP standards and regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management tools.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Average Market Salary (Estimated): AED 220,000 – 320,000 per annum (based on role, experience, and UAE market standards)
