Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare a variety of desserts, and pastries.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal products, and ensuring high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage inventory and support cost control of ingredients.
- Lead and manage the kitchen and factory operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef, with strong expertise in chocolate work.
- Creativity and passion for dessert innovation.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary certification is a plus.
