1. To Maintain records throughout the bidding process to ensure traceability in addition to reviewing Tender Documents which include Design Documents, Drawings, Specifications, Data Sheets, Calculations etc. and clearly define the scope of Project.
2. Review the project documentations such as drawings and specifications in order to create Tender summary report.
3. Prepare Clarifications & queries.
4. Divide the project into packages and send RFQ for vendors or sub-contractors.
5. Receive quotations from vendors, suppliers &sub-contractors &prepare comparison sheet for rates provided by them.
6. Review the quantity survey from drawings.
7. Attend the Clarification Meetings with the owner of the project
