Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end IT operations including infrastructure, networks (LAN/WAN), communication systems, and enterprise platforms
Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all systems, networks, and organizational data
Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals and long-term growth plans
Monitor IT performance metrics, service levels, system uptime, and operational reporting
Design and implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies
Manage vendor relationships, outsourced development, and technology service providers
Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive digital transformation initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies
Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
12–18+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or enterprise technology leadership
Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles such as IT Director, Head of IT, or similar
Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, networking (LAN/WAN), enterprise systems, and cloud technologies
Experience in IT strategy development, digital transformation, and project delivery
Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance frameworks
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts into business value
QAR 40,000 – QAR 70,000 per month (based on executive-level IT leadership roles in Qatar)
