Job Overview:
We an authorized dealer of oil and lubricants, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Officer to support business growth through active customer engagement and
achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold visits (walk-ins) to potential clients to generate business opportunities
- Identify and develop new leads and regularly update the Sales Manager on progress
- Promote and sell oil and lubricant products to clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets within specified deadlines
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closure of sales
- Adhere to company policies and sales strategies
Requirements:
- Experience in sales (preferably in oil, lubricants, or related industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Willingness to conduct field sales and client visits
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (any relevant field)
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
