Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks, according to company recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations as needed.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure workstations, equipment, and dining areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Handle payments using POS systems and issue receipts.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Support the team in daily opening and closing procedures.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
