• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in building construction Dubai based projects
• Mandatory Dubai / UAE experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
