Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
3–7 years of experience in lead management, sales operations, or customer relationship management, preferably in the UAE real estate sector
Requirements:
Proven experience managing leads and sales pipelines in real estate
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead tracking systems
