Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant field
8–12 years of experience in hospitality management, with prior experience in fast-paced environments
Requirements:
Proven experience managing restaurants, bars, or F&B outlets in a high-volume setting
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to oversee operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction
Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and operational planning
