Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using PySpark
Process and analyze large datasets to support business insights and reporting
Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and engineering teams
Develop and manage ETL processes and data integration workflows
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems
Work with SQL databases for querying and data transformation
Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices in data engineering
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
3–8+ years of experience in data engineering or big data roles
Strong hands-on experience with PySpark (mandatory)
Proficiency in Python programming
Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and querying
Experience with Databricks is highly preferred
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to join immediately (mandatory requirement)
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 18,000 – AED 30,000 per month
