Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate (preferably in IT or related field)
Experience in IT support or a similar role
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365) preferred
Experience in medium-sized business environments is an advantage
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, Outlook)
Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
Basic understanding of networking and security principles
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and support users effectively
Knowledge of cloud-based IT infrastructure
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
Set up and manage user accounts, including email and Microsoft Teams
Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Manage and support CRM systems and ensure data accuracy
Generate and maintain reports for internal teams and management
Troubleshoot system and access issues in a timely manner
Maintain IT documentation, policies, and asset inventory
Coordinate with external vendors when required
