Key Requirements:
10–15 years of progressive HR experience
Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Mandatory GCC experience
Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and HR best practices

Lead and manage the HR team effectively
Act as an HR Manager, driving HR strategies and initiatives
Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals
