Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
3–10 years of experience in construction projects
Experience in cost estimation, contract management, and project budgeting
UAE National
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes
Ability to prepare estimates, bills of quantities, and cost reports
Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction/project management software
Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, standards, and industry practices
