Job Title: Sales Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and customer relationship management
Experience in developing and executing sales plans to meet targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
Team player with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
