 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan work orders by estimating man hour and cost requirements (identifying, ordering and tracking
• materials/parts/equipment requirements of planned work).
• prepare PM plans & schedules
• Determine schedule sequence and resource requirements to complete planned work.
• attend & participate in daily work order prioritization meetings.
• Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings and produce schedules using primavera or MS project.
• Perform weekly gap analysis (metrics) each week to measure work management plant performance.
• Work extended or unusual hours for unplanned events is also expected.
• Manages maintenance work requests from operation floor, determines priority and assigns a technician
• Plan the spares for the jobs & track the minimum spares.

 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years in the oil and gas sector.
• MS Project, Primavera & Maximo.
• Based in Kuwait & Transferable residency.
• Can join Immediately.
