Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
Handle IT service requests and incidents efficiently
Maintain systems, networks, and user devices
Ensure timely resolution and excellent user experience
Requirements:
Experience in service desk role
Strong knowledge of Windows, Office365, and networking
Good communication and problem-solving skills
