Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / ITI / High School with technical certifications
1–5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale projects
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge and site experience in construction
Ability to lead and supervise teams effectively
Proactive, organized, and safety-conscious
Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and quality standards
Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
