Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications
• Write and post job descriptions on job boards social media and career pages
• Source candidates through databases social platforms referrals and other channels
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial interviews telephonic video in-person to assess candidates fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data using ATS or HR software
