Assistant Marketing Manager – Lubricants Division
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across Automotive, Marine, Aviation, and Industrial lubricants divisions.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributor networks while ensuring consistent brand messaging and support.
• Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Assist in product positioning, branding, and promotional activities across different market segments.
• Coordinate digital marketing initiatives and support content creation for campaigns and brand communication.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals.
• Support CRM and ERP-based marketing operations and maintain updated customer and market data.
• Contribute to creative campaign planning and innovative marketing strategies.
• Assist in expanding international market reach and supporting global marketing initiatives where required.
Requirements :
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing within the lubricant industry is mandatory.
• Strong background in Automotive, Marine, Aviation, or Industrial lubricants sectors.
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments.
• Strong understanding of lubricant products, technical specifications, and industry terminology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple marketing initiatives.
Preferred Skills :
• Creative thinking with strong campaign planning abilities.
• Familiarity with international lubricant markets and global trade dynamics.
• Experience in managing exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
