Junior Accountant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients across various industries.
• Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Handle VAT and Corporate Tax registrations, deregistrations, and filings in compliance with UAE FTA regulations.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with UAE financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Previous work experience in an accounting firm in the UAE is mandatory.
• Experience handling accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients.
• Strong knowledge of UAE FTA regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax registrations, filings, and deregistrations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
• CPA or Chartered Accountant qualification is preferred.
• Must be currently based in Dubai or within the UAE.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
