Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage front desk and receptionist duties efficiently.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and registration processes.
• Provide accurate information regarding hospital services and patient procedures.
• Maintain organized patient records and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient communication.
• Deliver high standards of customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support daily operational activities related to reception and call center functions.
Requirements :
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a healthcare setting.
• Good organizational and administrative abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office systems preferred.
