IGCSE / A-Level Chemistry Teacher
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Deliver engaging and well-structured Chemistry lessons for IGCSE and A-Level students.
• Encourage critical thinking and scientific exploration through practical learning activities.
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and classroom activities aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Support students academically and motivate them to perform at their highest potential.
• Maintain effective classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback when required.
• Collaborate with academic staff and contribute to school educational initiatives.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Chemistry.
• B.Ed, PGCE, or QTS qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching IGCSE and A-Level Chemistry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate secondary-level students effectively.
• Practical and inquiry-based teaching approach preferred.
Added Advantage :
• Familiarity with Pearson Edexcel curriculum and specifications.
• UAE MOE approval under Cycle 3 – Chemistry will be considered an advantage.
