The world does not end if you dont get selected in an interview. A job is more like a marriage where values have to match. If your values are different from that of an organisation, you may be like a fish out of water. You may perform well in given tasks, but will never be part of the team. Infact, your life could become hell if you get through into a job that you are not suitable for.

So please dont try to win an interview, see if you jell in. See if the organisations values match that of yours. Does the team that you plan to join have the wave length as yours. Are the organisation's goals complimentary to your goals and objectives.

Getting into the right Job is what matters for a long fruitful career, not getting through an Interview!
