Requirements :
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in real estate development within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and applicable laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills with strong decision-making ability.
• Proven experience in feasibility studies and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
