We are currently building a strong aftersales team for brands like Aprilia, Vespa, and Moto Guzzi, and we are specifically looking for someone who can take full ownership of workshop performance.
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles (engines, diagnostics, electronics)
Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or Senior Technician
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues
Leadership and team management skills
Experience with diagnostic tools and service systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
