Position : Fleet Supervisor
Industry: Courier Delivery Services
Location : Al-Rai, Kuwait
Working hours: 48 per week
Experience: 3-6 years in fleet or transport operations
Your Role:
• Manage and control daily fleet operations
• Ensure vehicle registration & compliance is always up to date
• Drive preventive maintenance & reduce breakdowns
• Coordinate with garages, vendors & drivers
• Monitor fuel, costs, and vehicle performance
• Keep the fleet always running efficiently
Must Have:
• 3-5 years of hands-on fleet management experience
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance & repairs
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Experience in delivery/courier companies is a BIG advantage
• Valid transferable visa
