HR Officer
Key Requirements:
3–5 years of HR experience in large-scale organizations within Dubai.
Strong background in recruitment, onboarding and employee training.
Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, onboarding).
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR policy implementation.
